CoversVilla Pvt. Ltd. ("Company") operates the CoversVilla marketplace ("Platform") as a technology platform that enables commerce between Buyers and Sellers. The Platform and all content, services, and features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

2. Marketplace Intermediary Status

CoversVilla functions as an intermediary marketplace under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. The Company does not own, manufacture, store, or inspect most products listed on the Platform by third-party Sellers. Accordingly: the Company is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of products listed by Sellers; product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by Sellers and the Company does not verify their accuracy; the contractual relationship for purchase of products exists between the Buyer and the respective Seller.

3. Product Information

While the Company takes reasonable steps to ensure listing accuracy, product images may differ slightly from actual products due to photography, lighting, screen display settings, or manufacturing variations. Technical specifications are provided by manufacturers/Sellers and may change without notice. Prices, availability, and offers are subject to change without prior notice. Color representation on screens may vary from the actual product color.

4. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or advertisements. These are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. CoversVilla does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your interaction with third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

5. User-Generated Content

Product reviews, ratings, questions, and answers posted by users represent the personal opinions of individual users and do not reflect the views of CoversVilla Pvt. Ltd. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content. However, we reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines.

Information provided on the Platform regarding beauty products, health supplements, or wellness services is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as medical advice. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoversVilla Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for: any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform; any action taken based on information provided on the Platform; or any unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal data. The total aggregate liability of CoversVilla in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Force Majeure

CoversVilla shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics; government actions, strikes, lockdowns; telecommunication or internet failures; war, terrorism, civil unrest; or any other events constituting force majeure under Indian law.

10. Indemnity

By using the Platform, you agree to indemnify and hold CoversVilla Pvt. Ltd. harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these disclaimers or our Terms of Use, or your violation of any third-party rights.
