2. Valid Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted when: the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, you received the wrong product (different model, color, or size), the product is significantly different from the listing description, the product is missing parts or accessories mentioned in the listing, the packaging is tampered with or the seal is broken upon delivery, or the size does not fit (for clothing and footwear — size-exchange available).

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Log in to your account and go to My Orders.

Step 2: Select the order and click "Return/Replace".

Step 3: Choose the reason for return and upload images of the product (required for damage/defect claims).

Step 4: Select your preference — Replacement or Refund.

Step 5: Our logistics partner will pick up the product from your address within 2-4 business days. You may also choose to self-ship to our returns center.

4. Conditions for Return

Products must be returned in their original condition — unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, labels, and accessories intact. Products must include the original packaging, invoice/receipt, and any free gifts that came with the order. For electronics, the product must not have been activated or registered with manufacturer warranty. Products returned without meeting these conditions may be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon delivery: undergarments, innerwear, and swimwear; beauty products that have been opened or used; customized or personalized products; downloadable software or digital products; gift cards and vouchers; perishable goods once delivered (unless quality issue reported within the applicable window); and items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

Refund is initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection at our returns center (typically 1-2 business days after pickup). Shipping charges (if any) for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Replacement Process

Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, you will be offered a refund instead. Replacement items are shipped within 2-4 business days after the returned product is picked up. No additional charges apply for replacements due to defects or wrong products.

8. Disputes

If your return is rejected and you disagree with the decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting csupport@coversvilla.com with your order ID and supporting evidence. Our resolution team will review and respond within 48 hours.
