1. Delivery Coverage

CoversVilla delivers to 28,000+ pincodes across India through our network of logistics partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, DTDC, XpressBees, Shadowfax, and India Post. Delivery availability and timelines vary by pincode. Use the pincode checker on any product page or during checkout to verify delivery availability to your location.

Orders below ₹499 incur a flat ₹49 shipping charge for standard delivery. Shipping charges and delivery timelines are displayed at checkout based on your pincode and selected shipping option. Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery by Region

Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 1-3 business days.

Tier 1 Cities (Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Kochi, Indore, etc.): 2-4 business days.

Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4-6 business days.

Remote Areas (North East, J&K, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar, etc.): 6-10 business days.

These are estimates and may vary due to weather, local conditions, or logistics disruptions. For groceries and fresh produce, delivery is limited to serviceable pincodes with cold-chain logistics support.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and logistics partner details via SMS and email. You can track your order in real time through: your CoversVilla account under "My Orders", the tracking link in your shipping notification, or the logistics partner's tracking portal.

5. Delivery Attempt & Rescheduling

Our delivery partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to the seller/warehouse and a refund will be initiated. You may reschedule delivery by contacting our logistics partner through the tracking link or by contacting csupport@coversvilla.com.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for most pincodes for orders up to ₹50,000. A handling fee of ₹30 may apply to COD orders. COD availability varies by pincode and product category. Please keep exact change ready as delivery personnel may not carry change. COD is not available for certain product categories including digital services and high-value electronics above ₹50,000.

7. Shipping Charges for Sellers

Sellers can choose to ship through CoversVilla Logistics (recommended) or self-ship through their own logistics partners. CoversVilla Logistics provides discounted shipping rates, automated label generation, pickup scheduling, and integrated tracking. Shipping charges to sellers vary based on shipment weight, dimensions, delivery distance, and shipping speed selected by the buyer.

8. Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Do not accept visibly damaged packages from the delivery agent — request them to return it.

9. International Shipping

Currently, CoversVilla delivers only within India. We are working on expanding to international markets. For international inquiries, contact csupport@coversvilla.com.
