How do I place an order?+
Browse our products, add items to cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery address, select payment method and confirm. You'll receive an order confirmation email instantly.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, EMI, Wallets and Cash on Delivery (COD).
What is your return policy?+
We offer 7-day easy returns on most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
How long does delivery take?+
Metro cities: 1-2 business days. Other cities: 3-5 business days. Remote areas: 5-7 business days. Free delivery on orders above ₹499.
How do I track my order?+
Go to My Account → My Orders to see tracking details. You'll also receive tracking updates via email after your order ships.
